- SPA facilities - location
- dirty room, especially bathroom - staff could smile a little bit more. It felt that working was a big punishment for some of them.

Very Good
This hotel was the perfect location for a long weekend in Barcelona. Loved the spa and sauna - I thought the rooms were very clean and modern. Facilities were good and I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly the staff were.
There was a lot of noise from other floors - I could hear work being done on facilities. Also the air conditioning didn’t work - maybe because it was February and it’s not warm enough yet?

I had a good stay overall, enjoyed the spa and the pool area outside to sit in the sun on a good day
Off season , so relatively quiet , not too many people at breakfast/spa. Hotel is undergoing renovation on the 3rd and 4th floors, 1st and 2nd have more “dated” rooms.
Can hear music at night as there is a big disco club place adjacent to the hotel . Need to use ear plugs at night

Lovely trip away with the whole family
Great location for visiting family. The suite worked really well having more space with small children. Good use of facilities and restaurant which provided convenient food. Staff very helpful especially if any issues.
Having stayed in a sister hotel previously we didn’t find the food options as good
